Title: Finance Manager – Aviation Investment & Leasing

Salary: $130,000–$160,000

Finance Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate asset-level and portfolio-level returns including IRR, NPV, cash yield, lease rate factors, and MOIC
• Develop advanced financial models incorporating debt structures, tax considerations, cash flows, and scenario analysis
• Analyze market trends, asset values, leasing cycles, credit risk, and portfolio performance
• Evaluate financing alternatives including secured debt, warehouse facilities, ABS structures, term debt, and equity partnerships
• Partner with Treasury on funding strategies, capital structure, and refinancing initiatives
• Work closely with Accounting on lease classification, revenue recognition, depreciation, impairment, and monthly close
• Support technical accounting related to asset purchase and sale transactions
• Improve internal controls, financial reporting, and governance
• Prepare executive-level reporting and investment committee presentations

Finance Manager Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, structured finance, or related investment roles
• Deep knowledge of aircraft leasing cycles, asset valuation, and secondary market dynamics
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise
• Strong understanding of lease accounting, including ASC 842 and IFRS 16
• Experience evaluating and executing complex investment transactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
