Finance Director Job Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the F&I team to achieve department goals while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of lenders to secure the best rates and terms for our clients
Oversee the presentation and sale of financing, service contracts, and ancillary products
Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations throughout the contracting process
Review and manage the "Contracts in Transit" (CIT) list to ensure timely funding and accurate accounting
Collaborate with Sales Managers to streamline the deal-to-delivery process

Finance Director Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in automotive F&I management or a Director-level role
Extensive knowledge of dealership DMS systems (CDK, Dealertrack, or Reynolds & Reynolds)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
