What You'll Be Doing

Lead process improvements and cleanup efforts across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and working capital management.
Drive cost-saving and automation initiatives related to freight, inventory, and tariff management.
Partner closely with supply chain and operations leaders to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
Prepare and present updates on key finance initiatives to executive leadership and the Board.
Support a broader finance transformation effort, helping build stronger processes, reporting, and operational controls.

What We're Looking For

Well-rounded finance and accounting experience with the ability to quickly assess challenges and drive solutions.
Proven experience leading process improvement, transformation, cleanup, or operational efficiency initiatives.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating organizational change.
