Finance and Insurance Manager

Haley Toyota Richmond is currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This individual must have a proven track record in a high-volume store and be extremely goal oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively manage all areas of the Finance department, including CIT schedule, funding delays, DMV Issues and missing paperwork.
• Ability to train and effectively teach all sales associates F&I products and how to properly endorse them.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that all dealership policies and processes are followed at all times.
• Assists in setting aggressive yet realistic goals and objectives for the finance team and provides them the support necessary for the department meet those goals.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of previous experience as a Finance Manager in a high-volume dealership is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Team oriented with strong leadership skills
• Must possess strong computer and tech skills.
• Must possess the ability to turn 75 deals a month
