Description

Summary:

  • Location: Everett, MA
  • Duration: 8 Months
  • Work Mode: Part-time, Hybrid (2 days a week onsite, Mondays required)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide fiscal and administrative support to the Office of Student Financial Assistance.
  • Process refund checks and update NIL collections invoices.
  • Handle OSFA invoices during staff absences, including monthly invoice submission and tracking, postage use tracking and reporting, and ECSI-related invoices.
  • Maintain spreadsheets to track submissions and support the processing of NIL Promissory Note manifests.
  • Assist with the intake, review, and tracking of documentation related to institutional eligibility for state financial aid programs.
  • Order supplies, assist with mailings and scanning, respond to calls from students and families, and coordinate with other company work units.
  • Provide general administrative and meeting-planning support to OSFA staff.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related applications.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Interpret and apply applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and established practices.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and information.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and logically organized reports, correspondence, instructions, and other materials.
  • Build and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships and establish rapport with individuals at all levels.
  • Adapt readily to changing priorities, varying situations, and urgent or emergency operational needs.
