Boston University''s Office of Research seeks a Finance Administrator to support the Research Development (RD) team. Integral to Boston University''s research enterprise, Research Development identifies and advances large-scale, multi-investigator research initiatives and builds infrastructure that enables interdisciplinary collaborations to thrive. The RD team also provides critical support in advancing convergent research through the administration of internal grants focused on catalyzing fresh collaborations of bold, innovation concepts across faculty teams. The Finance Administrator plays a critical role in overseeing the convergence funding programs, ensuring that awarded funds are strategically budgeted, effectively managed, and aligned with project goals and institutional priorities. Working closely with the Director of Research Development, Associate Director of Convergence Programs, faculty investigators, and school- and department-based administrative teams, the Finance Administrator will oversee the full lifecycle of research development and convergence seed funding awards.
