Senior Helpers of Dayton is looking for a reliable, flexible, and experienced Field Support Coordinator to support both our clients and caregiving team in the field. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to frequent schedule changes, and is passionate about providing high-quality care and leadership support.
Responsibilities
- Provide initial care for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and quality care
- Cover shifts in caregiver call-out situations until permanent coverage is assigned
- Assist with Start of Care (SOC) visits and client introductions
- Meet caregivers in the field to provide support, training, and skill evaluations
- Ensure caregivers are following the Plan of Care (POC)
- Complete documentation, progress notes, and incident reports
- Assist with office duties when needed, including answering phones and relaying information to management
- Participate in on-call rotation one week per month
- Support daily operations and complete additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- STNA Certification REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Must be willing and able to drive up to 100 miles per day
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Weekend availability as needed
Schedule
- Flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 40-hour work week required
- Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM unless otherwise directed
