Field Service Technician

Field Service TechnicianEnSight Solutions | Strafford, MOPay: $24-$28/hr + $3/hr travel stipendTraining Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM (approximately 4 months)About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and support food processing equipment at customer locations. This role works closely with engineering, production, and sales teams while delivering exceptional customer service in the field.Key Responsibilities

Perform equipment installations, repairs, maintenance, and testingTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsRead and interpret blueprints and schematicsComplete service reports and communicate findings to customersRepresent EnSight professionally during customer visits

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing, maintenance, or technical experience preferredApproximately 2 years of TIG welding experience requiredApproximately 2 years of mechanical experience, including:

Reading blueprints and schematicsUnderstanding electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused with excellent communication skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs. and work safely in industrial environments

Travel

Training period: Tuesday-Friday schedule for approximately 4 monthsAfter training, expected travel is 50-75%, including multi-day trips and short-notice travel
