Job Title: Field Service Representative
Work Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hireHours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities:- This role will require Break/fix of the client equipment, working with the technicians, end users and customer team to schedule and install equipment and remove old equipment.
- Placing service calls as needed, ordering and delivering toner as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:- The manager is looking for someone that has experience in this field with equipment and some fleet management experience, Break/fix is a plus.
- Ability to keep work and schedules organized as they will be working with different teams to schedule installations.
- Customer service and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently, but reach out if needed.
- There is quite a bit of walking throughout the day.
- Ability to push/pull equipment, lift up to 40 lbs. (there is another employee, so heavier items should be done with two people)
- Driving: Yes - from time to time to other clinics
- Dress Code: Business Casual, comfortable and presentable walking shoe
