    As a Field Engineer, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on imaging modalities aligned with your expertise.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical imaging equipment in hospital and healthcare environments
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships
    • Communicate clearly with customers, ensuring timely updates and resolution of technical issues
    • Follow all company policies, hospital protocols, and compliance standards
    • Document work performed, including service details and parts ordered

    Qualifications

    • Proven expertise and formal training in your imaging modality (X‑Ray, MRI, or CT)
    • Valid driver’s license
