Talent Acquisition Field Recruiter

Location: South Houston Area (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Field Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recruiter with a strong background in construction, oil & gas, industrial, skilled trades, or warehouse recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has a proven history of owning the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and successfully filling field and administrative positions.

This is a hybrid position with one remote day per week after training and up to two remote days per week following a successful performance review.
What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for field and administrative positions.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.

  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume hiring.

  • Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.

  • Attend career fairs, trade schools, workforce events, and community outreach initiatives.

  • Develop relationships with colleges, trade schools, and veteran organizations.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

  • Stay current on industry trends, recruiting best practices, and employment regulations.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-time recruiting experience.

  • Experience recruiting in construction, oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, or warehouse environments.

  • Proven success managing high-volume recruiting with multiple open requisitions.

  • Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate outreach and pipeline development.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for recruiting events.
