    Field Recruiter

    Territory: Ontario, Perris, Moreno Valley amp; Riverside, CA

    Are you a people person who enjoys being out in the community instead of sitting behind a desk all day? We#39;re looking for an energetic, self-motivated Field Recruiter to help us find top talent while building relationships throughout the Inland Empire.

    Schedule

    • Monday–Friday
    • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Weekends as needed based on business demands

    Pay

    • Depending on experience
    • Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related travel

    Responsibilities

    • Recruit qualified candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial positions.
    • Travel throughout Ontario, Perris, Moreno Valley, and Riverside to recruit employees.
    • Attend hiring events, job fairs, community events, and recruiting activities.
    • Conduct interviews and screen applicants.
    • Assist candidates with the onboarding process.
    • Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners.
    • Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
    • Meet recruiting goals and staffing deadlines.
    • Represent the company professionally while working in the field.
    • Perform other recruiting and staffing duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is Required.
    • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory.
    • Valid driver#39;s license and current auto insurance required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
    • Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
