Location: Phoenix, AZ (regional travel)

Position Overview

Our client, an established steel framing contractor, is looking for a Field Operations Manager - Light Gauge Steel Framing (Travel) to join their team in the Phoenix, AZ (regional travel) area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations and crews
• Manage schedule, safety and quality on site
• Coordinate subs, deliveries and equipment
• Report progress to the project manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision
• Strong safety record
• Ability to read plans and lead crews
