Field Operations Coordinator

Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Field Operations Coordinator to support our growing real estate team. This dynamic role balances active field operations with essential office maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, and takes pride in ensuring our properties and office space look pristine and highly professional.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Part-Time (Transitioning into a consistent workflow)
• Weekly Hours: Roughly 25 to 35 hours per week
• Shift Duration: Daily shifts realistically range between 4 to 7 hours depending on the daily task volume
• Primary Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s license  and be completely comfortable driving for the majority of the workday

Responsibilities

 Field Operations & Property Marketing

• Signage Management: Efficiently assemble, install, and remove "For Sale" yard signs and property directionals to maximize listing visibility.
• Asset Customization: Routinely add, update, and remove specific "riders" (agent names, features, or status updates) on existing property signs.
• Property Inspections: Conduct regular "vacant checks" on listed homes to ensure properties are secure, clean, and well-maintained for showings.

 Client Services & Logistics Courier

• Secure Deliveries: Transport time-sensitive paperwork, earnest money checks, and contracts between clients, escrow offices, and headquarters.
• Asset Management: Execute external errands including the duplication of house keys, acquiring specific property supplies, and handling urgent client and office  requests.

 Office Support & Facilities Maintenance

• Daily Upkeep: Maintain a clean and welcoming corporate environment by managing office kitchen, emptying trash receptacles, and organizing common areas.
• Inventory Control: Routinely restock restrooms and office supply hubs with necessary essentials.
• Exterior Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the office's back porch and external entryways.

Qualifications

• Comfort with Driving: Ability to navigate local routes efficiently and remain alert during extended periods behind the wheel.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift, assemble, and drive metal or wooden signposts into various ground terrains. Able to lift 30lbs.
• Professional Demeanor: Strong communication skills and a polished appearance when interacting with clients during drop-offs.
• Self-Starter Attitude: Highly organized individual who can manage a changing daily task list with minimal direct supervision.
• Sofware systems: Tech-savvy for basic data input.
