    MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Field Office Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.

    Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation's toughest challenges.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Providing on-site technical support and assistance by deploying to CASTLE-NET program field offices for IT infrastructure and end-user device wellness checks.

    • Conducting network performance evaluations, checking conference room equipment, and supporting end-user devices while ensuring compliance with USACE IT policies.

    • Planning and leading major technology assignments while evaluating performance results to recommend changes affecting project success.

    • Assisting with IT equipment disposal training and supporting onsite personnel with IT issue ticketing and documentation.

    • Functioning as a technical expert across multiple project assignments to deliver world-class IT services and responsive customer support.

    • Delivering vital solutions that strengthen the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions.

    • Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all mission requirements while supervising others as required.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or an Associate degree with 10+ years of experience; or 12+ years of total relevant experience.

    • Possess 8+ years of experience in IT and/or field/user support roles with progressively responsible experience.

    • Comprehensive technical knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

    • Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems with a willingness to travel extensively for field missions.

    • Must maintain a DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification and remain current with industry trends in network engineering.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with the USACE IT environment, regulatory requirements, and primary compliance automation tools.

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must possess a Secret security clearance prior to starting this position.

    Physical Requirements:

    • The person in this position must be able to travel 75% of

    the time.
