Field Marketing Manager (Federal)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full-Time

Contract Information: 3-Month Contract position with potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

Compensation: $42.25/hr W2

About the Role

We are seeking a Field Marketing Contractor to support marketing programs and events for a growing B2B technology organization. This role is focused on executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, supporting sales teams, and ensuring marketing initiatives run smoothly from planning through completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys event marketing, project coordination, and working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing programs and campaigns.
• Coordinate trade shows, webinars, customer events, partner events, and executive dinners.
• Manage event logistics, registrations, vendors, and onsite support.
• Partner closely with sales teams to support marketing initiatives and lead-generation efforts.
• Assist with campaign execution and marketing communications.
• Track event performance and provide basic reporting and metrics.
• Support budget tracking and purchase order processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and partner teams to ensure successful program delivery.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2-6+ years of Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Regional Marketing, or related experience.
• Experience within a B2B technology environment.
• Proven experience planning and executing events and marketing programs.

• Field Marketing or Event Marketing experience
• B2B technology marketing background
• Event planning and execution
• Project management skills
• Vendor management experience
• Budget tracking and purchase order coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting Federal or Public Sector sales organizations
• Experience with trade shows, executive events, and webinars
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Splash, Cvent, or similar event platforms
• Experience using Tableau or reporting tools
• Knowledge of procurement or contract management platforms
• Experience working within distributed or remote teams
