FIELD FLEET SUPERVISOR - Tulsa, OK

The Field Fleet Supervisor supports the day-to-day coordination and administration of the regional equipment fleet, helping ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Working alongside the Regional Fleet Manager and in close collaboration with Irby Construction's centralized corporate equipment operations, this position coordinates equipment logistics, maintenance, fleet records, tooling and shop tooling, purchasing, asset tracking, compliance, and fleet technology throughout the Oklahoma region. The role serves as a key resource to field operations by helping ensure equipment and tooling are properly maintained, tracked, and available to support project needs.
