We're looking for a strategic communications leader to join our Global Sales Organization as the connective tissue between company-wide initiatives and the sellers who bring them to life. This role sits at the intersection of change management, executive communications, and field enablement - turning complex, cross-functional priorities into clear, actionable guidance that sales teams can trust and act on. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity, enjoy translating strategy into "what this means for you," and want to shape how a global sales org communicates, we'd love to hear from you!

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation (15%): Align with PMO, Enablement, Sales Ops, Marketing and Corporate Communications by means of an editorial calendar and alignment forum. Introduce modern formats like short-form video and micro-podcasts to elevate engagement.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience & Leadership: ~8 years in B2B tech comms, change management, or enablement. Proven track record of cross-functional impact and ability to lead with influence.

- Field-First Mindset: Deep empathy for quota-carrying workflows; ability to write punchy, "What It Means For You" copy free of corporate jargon.
- Governance & Influence: Firmness to push back on non-essential communications, strong executive presence, and proven cross-functional alignment.
- Data-Driven Execution: Skill in using engagement telemetry, sentiment surveys, and adoption metrics to optimize messaging in real time.
