Who you are:

As a Business Development Specialist with Frost Insurance Agency, you willmanage multiple types of communications and marketing campaigns to assist producers in business development. You enjoy helping others and believe it takes a team to achieve success. You have a keen attention to detail and have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. More than that, this role is about ensuring efficient and effective collaboration and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do: 

• Support producers through pipeline management, prospect tracking, and business development activities
• Maintain Salesforce, Zywave, and related sales enablement systems to ensure accurate data and reporting
• Coordinate referral opportunities with Commercial Lending and other business partners
• Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports that support business development efforts
• Plan and coordinate client and prospect engagement events
• Develop and maintain customer-facing presentations, marketing materials, and sales resources
• Provide support to internal users on sales enablement systems, processes, and tools
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) sales, business development, relationship management, sales operations, or marketing functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce, Zywave, or similar CRM and sales enablement platforms
• Knowledge of commercial banking, insurance brokerage, or professional services industries
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, or client events
• Understanding of pipeline management, prospecting, and sales analytics
