A bit about us:

A government contractor supporting federal and state programs is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join its contracts team.

This is a strong fit for someone who already understands the government contracting environment and wants more ownership than a traditional administrative contracts role. You’ll work across the full lifecycle of active contracts, partnering directly with Project Managers, Operations, subcontractors, and government customers on everything from award and modifications through compliance, invoicing support, and closeout.

The team is open to fully remote candidates with directly relevant federal contracting experience, particularly those who can step in quickly and work independently with limited ramp-up.

Why join us?
  • Fully remote opportunity
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Consistent Monday to Friday schedule, great work life balance!
  • Exposure to federal and state contracts, FAR requirements, contract modifications, and subcontract administration
  • Direct exposure to project management, accounting, operations, and leadership
  • Opportunity to work with both federal and state contracts
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with an experienced team
