Join the Farmers Insurance District 49 team as a District Recruiter, where you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and developing future Agency Owners and Producer talent across the state. This position is responsible for executing strategic recruiting initiatives to support the continued growth of the Farmers Insurance agency network in Oklahoma.

The District Recruiter partners closely with district leadership and agency owners to source, engage, and guide qualified candidates through the agency ownership and producer recruitment process. By leveraging networking, referrals, community involvement, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting strategies, you will build a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates while promoting the entrepreneurial opportunities available with Farmers Insurance.


Success in this role requires exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, along with a passion for helping individuals build successful careers as Farmers Insurance professionals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to expanding the Farmers Insurance presence throughout Oklahoma by recruiting outstanding talent.






Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Recruit qualified candidates for Agency Owner and Producer opportunities throughout the assigned territory.

Develop and execute recruiting strategies through LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, career events, and community outreach.


Create, publish, and manage recruiting content, job postings, and marketing campaigns to attract top talent.


Source, screen, and engage prospective candidates through phone, email, text, and social media while maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.


Build, maintain, and manage a robust candidate pipeline using CRM and applicant tracking systems.


Coordinate candidate interviews and collaborate with district leadership and agency owners to meet recruiting and hiring objectives.


Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and recruiting performance.


Communicate regularly with district agents to support recruiting initiatives, candidate referrals, and producer staffing needs.


Represent the organization professionally while promoting agency ownership opportunities and strengthening the company's employer brand.


Continuously identify new recruiting opportunities, improve sourcing strategies, and achieve established recruiting goals.


Requirements

Strong recruiting, talent acquisition, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally.


Experience using LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other recruiting tools to source and attract talent.


Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.


Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and CRM/applicant tracking systems.


Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.


Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and agency partners.


Professional, customer-focused demeanor with strong interpersonal and networking skills.


Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
