About Us

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Physician to join our mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Houston, Texas. Our organization is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services to individuals and families throughout the community. The Position

The Family Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

  • Salary: $250,000 Base Salary

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No Evenings
  • No Weekends
  • Outpatient Only

Responsibilities

  • 20+ Patients Per Day 
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Perform preventive care, annual wellness exams, and routine screenings
  • Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation utilizing eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active Texas Medical License or ability to obtain
  • Active DEA Registration or ability to obtain
  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved patient populations
