A growing, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Western New York is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative primary care team. Since 1999, this established organization has provided comprehensive healthcare services to more than 20,000 patients annually across multiple locations.

Position Highlights
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Qualifications Required:
  • New York Nurse Practitioner license
  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
  • 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience
