Position Highlights- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Deliver preventive care and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications Required:- New York Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience
