What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population including pediatric and adult patients
• Manage, diagnose, and treat common family medicine conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic health records system
• Follow clinic protocols related to immunizations, screenings, and chronic disease management
• Enroll and maintain required licensure and certifications as needed
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Valid California NP or PA license
• DEA registration and valid Controlled Substance Certificate (PA) required to prescribe controlled substances
• Furnishing License (NP) or equivalent (PA) with Schedule II authority
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient, family practice, or similar setting
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
