What Youll Do
- Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population including pediatric and adult patients
- Manage, diagnose, and treat common family medicine conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic health records system
- Follow clinic protocols related to immunizations, screenings, and chronic disease management
- Enroll and maintain required licensure and certifications as needed
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
- Valid California NP or PA license
- DEA registration and valid Controlled Substance Certificate (PA) required to prescribe controlled substances
- Furnishing License (NP) or equivalent (PA) with Schedule II authority
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient, family practice, or similar setting
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
