What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive family healthcare services to pediatric and adult patients
- Manage routine check-ups, preventive care, and chronic condition follow-up
- Prescribe medications and treatments following state and facility protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record
- Adhere to clinic policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
What You Need- Valid California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- DEA registration (must be active before start date)
- CA Controlled Substance Certification (PAs) must be willing to enroll during credentialing
- Furnishing License (NP) or appropriate certification for PAs
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in family practice or outpatient settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Immunizations completed (flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap) for credentialing
