What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive family healthcare services to pediatric and adult patients
  • Manage routine check-ups, preventive care, and chronic condition follow-up
  • Prescribe medications and treatments following state and facility protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
  • Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record
  • Adhere to clinic policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

What You Need
  • Valid California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • DEA registration (must be active before start date)
  • CA Controlled Substance Certification (PAs) must be willing to enroll during credentialing
  • Furnishing License (NP) or appropriate certification for PAs
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in family practice or outpatient settings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Immunizations completed (flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap) for credentialing
