Qualifications Education Board Certified or Board Eligible within 2 years of residency completion in Family Medicine . Licensure Active Virginia medical license or the willingness to obtain one. Experience While experience is preferred new graduates are highly encouraged to apply . Key Responsibilities Primary Care Provide comprehensive clinical care for adult patients ages 18. Patient Panel Maintain a 4.5-day work week while building your patient panel once established the schedule will transition to 4 days per week. Documentation Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts and clinical documentation. Teamwork Maintain a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with staff and colleagues.
