Why Rock Hill

Tucked just 25 miles from Uptown Charlotte, Rock Hill delivers small-town warmth with big-city access — and it's been recognized by both Money and BusinessWeek as a top place to live and raise a family. York County is the 15th fastest-growing county in the nation, with some of South Carolina's highest-rated public schools and a cost of living that lets your income go further. Outdoor life here is exceptional: Lake Wylie's 340 miles of shoreline and public beaches are minutes away, the Blue Ridge Mountains are a two-hour drive, and a half-dozen coastal destinations — Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Hilton Head — sit within three hours. Charlotte Douglas International, a top-10 connected airport, is just 16 miles up the road when it's time to get away.
