Our long established family medicine practice in Columbia SC is seeking a skilled and compassionate additional Family Medicine Physician to join our team. Our practice takes great pride in delivering high-quality primary care services by creating access and services for our community of patients. Scope of Practice Patient PopulationDemographics Serving a broad community ranging from pediatric patients as young as 6 months through adolescents young families and older adults including a robust Medicare population. Common PathologiesConditions Management of acute illnesses routine preventive care chronic disease management wound care and general family medicine concerns. Procedures In-office minor procedures as appropriate under local anesthesia e.g. incision and drainage skin biopsies sutures. On-site support includes a full phlebotomist in-house lab testing and convenient access to imaging services. We Welcome Additional Services If you bring a skillset yet to be offered we will embrace it in our complement of services. Schedule 4.5 day work week no weekends Qualifications Certification Board Certification in Family Medicine Experience Open to both experienced providers and promising new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds training and support are available. Licensure Active or eligible for a South Carolina state medical license and DEA registration.
