A health services network in New York City is seeking a licensed Family Medicine Physician to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday to Friday (1 Saturday or Sunday per month)
Hours: 9am to 5pm (one later night per week)
Setting: Outpatient
Patient Population: All ages
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive healthcare in accordance with the philosophy, standard of practice, objectives, and policies of the organization
Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of common and chronic illness
Promote health and disease promotion through patient education and counseling
Develop plans of care based on the diagnosis and individual client needs
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and make referrals to other disciplines if needed
Qualifications:
License to practice medicine in New York
Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
Interest in community health and working with diverse populations
