Seattle, WA | Family Law Paralegal (Mid-Senior Level)
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 base salary
We're proactively connecting with experienced Family Law Paralegals in the Seattle market for upcoming opportunities with well-regarded firms. These roles support busy family law practices handling divorce, custody, support, and complex asset cases, with a strong focus on case ownership and client care.
What you'll do:
Manage cases from intake through trial prep, including calendaring, filings, and deadline tracking
Draft and proofread pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Coordinate document production, financial disclosures, and exhibits
Prepare trial binders and assist with hearings/mediations
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel with professionalism and discretion
What we're looking for:
5+ years of family law paralegal experience (Washington State)
Strong knowledge of Washington court rules and e-filing systems
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Confident communicator with strong client service skills
Proficiency with legal software and document management systems
