Description

Requirements with the following:

  • Domestic relationsGeneral practice
  • Civil litigation (can be intense then can lull in-between
  • Divorce
  • Real property
  • Tort – defamation
  • Motion documents & cover sheets
  • Divorce and Wills for Western Conference Teamsters Union
  • General caseload under 50

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Dual competencies in OR and WA e-filings (1/4 WA and 3/4 OR). WA e-filings are heavy maintenance
  • Must be tech savvy in digitized and paper files
  • Knowledgeable in correct dockets for the courst
  • Some knowledge of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (FRCP) 68: Offer of Judgement
  • Experience with PCLaw for timekeeping
  • Experience with Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office Suite
