    Location: San Francisco, CA — This is a hybrid role with a flexible schedule available after the initial onboarding period. More experienced candidates may have the option to work remotely, with travel to the Bay Area for trials and firm-wide events.

    Note: This role requires active California State Bar admission and a minimum of 5 years of family law experience at a family law boutique or within the family law department of a larger firm. Candidates coming from solo practice or in-house backgrounds will not be considered for this role.

Our practice covers high-net-worth divorce, parentage actions, pre- and post-marital agreements, and enforcement or modification of existing family law judgments. Our clients navigate sophisticated financial structures, business valuations, and high-conflict disputes — and they rely on us to deliver strategic, results-driven representation.     Job Description

    • Manage a high-quality caseload of complex divorce, parentage, and family law matters from intake through resolution
    • Conduct depositions, handle written discovery, argue motions, and appear in court with confidence
    • Analyze sophisticated financial structures, business valuations, and asset portfolios central to high-asset dissolution cases
    • Advise clients with clarity and emotional intelligence through high-conflict, high-stakes circumstances
    • Draft and negotiate pre- and post-marital agreements and complex settlement documents
    • Collaborate directly with founding partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client development
    • Contribute to firm growth through client relationships and, where applicable, business development

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
    • Active California State Bar admission in good standing
    • 5+ years of family law experience at a family law boutique or within the family law department of a mid-size to large firm
    • Demonstrated experience with high-asset divorce matters, including complex financials and business valuations
    • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
    • Emotional intelligence and the ability to manage clients through sensitive, high-conflict situations
    • CFLS certification is a plus for more senior candidates but is not required
