    Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

    Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in one of our North Carolina offices: Charlotte, Concord, Boone, or Asheville.

    Note: Must be licensed in North Carolina and have at least 1 year of family law experience plus courtroom litigation experience.

    Job Description

    • Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
    • Represent clients in court hearings, motions, and other litigation proceedings
    • Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
    • Advise clients on divorce, custody, child support, alimony, property division, and related issues
    • Negotiate settlements and help clients reach practical resolutions when appropriate
    • Maintain strong client communication and deliver a high level of service
    • Work closely with internal staff to move cases forward efficiently
    • Handle a caseload with increasing autonomy based on experience

    Qualifications

    • Active North Carolina law license
    • 1+ year of family law experience
    • Litigation and courtroom experience
    • Strong drafting, advocacy, and case management skills
    • Ability to communicate confidently with clients during high-stakes and emotional matters
    • Organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced in-office setting
