Position Summary
This position involves didactic and clinical teaching responsibilities at the postgraduate and predoctoral levels. This position will report to the Department Head of Endodontics and will consult with the Directors of Postgraduate Endodontics and Predoctoral Endodontics as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assists the program director and faculty with completion of tasks related to department curriculum development and administration. Assists with completion of tasks related to professional program recruitment and admissions. Teaches in a minimum of two courses per academic year, as well as pre-doc and post-doc clinic supervision. Lectures in other courses in areas of expertise Advises students. Publishes in professional journals and textbooks and gives local, state and national presentations. Continues to update professional skills and knowledge and to pursue scholarly activities. Maintains active involvement with professional associations. Participates in faculty service activities including consulting and continuing education offerings.Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
