The role oversees two programs: a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Physician Communication Coaching Program, offering coaching, leadership, and communication training for medical professionals, students, and faculty.
Qualifications include a doctoral degree, 5 years of academic experience at the Associate Professor level or higher, NYS behavioral health licensure (LMFT or psychologist preferred), and experience in family therapy, program management, and leadership development.
