FACULTY POSITION
This is a full-time 12-month faculty position in the Department of Occupational Therapy with administrative responsibilities as the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator offered at the rank of Instructor or assistant professor (depending on experience) with a start date of July 1, 2026. The position involved work on Jefferson's Center City and East Falls campuses.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will function as an integral member of the Jefferson Occupational Therapy Department faculty and an Academic Fieldwork Coordinator across Jefferson's Center City and East Falls campuses.
Specific responsibilities include:
Qualifications:
Applicant must:
be an occupational therapist
have a master's degree or higher
have experience as an academic fieldwork coordinator or fieldwork educator
possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Applicant should demonstrate experience and skill in teaching, collaboration, and sustaining partnerships
Applicant should be open to novel and dynamic processes to support students through experiential learning
Experience in innovative program development and serving the community is highly preferred
