The Facility Manager supervises staff and/or subcontractors of plant maintenance and ensures the safe execution of Preventative and Corrective maintenance service and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and equipment servicing the facility. Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform repairs on industrial production and facilities equipment and controls, and various other mechanical, electrical, and building systems in order to ensure minimal disruption to production and optimize customer satisfaction.
Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000/annually

Requirements
- 10 years' experience in an industrial plant environment
- Extensive knowledge of the methods, practices, techniques, tools, equipment, and materials used in general building maintenance and repair
- Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of supervision
- Effective verbal and written communications
- Ability to read and understand plans, blueprints, and other related system documents
- Electrical License - Journeyman or higher
- HVAC License - Journeyman or higher
