    Salary Range:

    Min $31.23 - Mid $34.95 - Max $38.66

    Department:

    Public Works

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of two (2) years of directly related facility maintenance or trades experience.

    License:

    • Valid Arizona Class "D" Driver's License upon hire.

    Background Check:

    • Ability to pass a Police Department background check.

    Required Certifications (Post-Hire Timeline)

    • Within 12 Months: EPA Universal Certification, Level 1 Thermography Certification, and OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Card.
    • Within 18 Months: Electric League of Arizona Building Operators' Certificate.

    Work Schedule

    • Standard Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4/10 schedule).
    • On-Call Requirement: Participation in a rotating schedule for after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergency response
