Facilities Maintenance Technician I

$23.00–$25.76/hour + $2.00 shift differential
Monday–Thursday | 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support daily facility operations while helping keep everything safe, functional, and efficient.

  • Perform basic maintenance, installation, and repair tasks
  • Assist with troubleshooting facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment)
  • Support preventive maintenance programs
  • Help coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance activities
  • Move and set up equipment, furniture, and workspaces as needed
  • Assist other maintenance technicians on projects and tasks
  • Track issues and help implement corrective actions
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Complete light janitorial, plumbing, and general upkeep tasks
  • Operate facility vehicles and equipment when needed
