Maintenance Technician

Troubleshoot and repair building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, lighting, and general facilities equipment . Excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams .

Pay: $20-25 Per Hour DOE

Location: Fort Collins, CO 

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, Variable Hours

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform daily maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep across commercial properties
• Respond to tenant service requests and ensure timely, high‑quality resolution
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, lighting, and general facilities equipment

What We're Looking For: 

• 3+ years of experience in commercial maintenance or building operations
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple priorities
