Eye Associates of New Mexico
Eye Associates of New Mexico is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to lead the facilities and biomedical maintenance functions that support our clinics, employees, physicians, and patients.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced facilities or biomedical professional who enjoys solving problems, leading people, managing projects, and keeping complex healthcare operations running smoothly.
The Facilities Director oversees the maintenance and operation of our facilities and medical equipment while managing vendors, service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, equipment procurement and installation, capital projects, renovations, security-related facility needs, and other operational priorities. The position works closely with organizational leadership, physicians, employees, vendors, and service providers to support quality patient care across the organization.
As Facilities Director, you will:
The position has broad responsibility for facilities projects as well as medical and non-medical equipment throughout the practice. Additional responsibilities include fleet maintenance, office moves and remodels, equipment assessment, and maintaining appropriate equipment spares.

This position requires flexibility due to unexpected schedule changes and emergencies, as well as the ability to travel to practice locations as necessary. The position requires the ability to speak, listen, develop and communicate written materials and to stoop, lift, push, and pull items weighing more than 50 pounds.
