Full-time, 2^nd shift, Mon– Fri 3:15pm – 11:45pm

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our manufacturing facility. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting across offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and restroom fixtures
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with sanitation guidelines
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizers
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (e.g., floor buffers, carpet extractors, pressure washers) and store properly after use
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards
• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to MSDS guideline.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Good time management and ability to complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety practices
• Dependable and trustworthy, especially when working with minimal supervision
• Previous cleaning experience
• HS Diploma/GED Required with Documentation
