Facilites Technician

Description

The Facilities Technician is responsible for executing processes and procedures of the Facilities and property at our headquarters in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, furniture, fixtures, and effects, including:

• Shipping and receiving

• Building Maintenance

• Supply Room / Office Supplies

• Landscaping

• Event Support

• Breakrooms

• Company Vehicles

• The Facilities Technician must be able to:

• Resolve facilities issues of moderate complexity.

• Plan and execute tasks with minimal direction.

• Work as part of a team to ensure daily facilities functions are accomplished.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with vendors, visitors, and employees at all levels of the organization.

• Bend, Stoop, Reach, Lift 50 pounds

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in an office environment.
• Basic understanding of MEP, FF&E.
• Ability to analyze problems and create appropriate courses of action.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a high degree of versatility.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with standard office equipment.
