At MILO Live, we engineer and manufacture live-fire training environments—Modular Containerized Small Arms Training Sets (MCSATS® /RR), modular ranges, permanent facilities, range equipment, and HVAC solutions. Our in-house HVAC group and expertise in metal fabrication, HVAC design, and installation support hundreds of successful range deployments across the country.
Your Mission
- Keep the shop/warehouse and office areas clean and organized.
- Run shop errands—pick up and drop off orders as needed.
- Cut, screw, and sand parts for assemblies and subassemblies.
- Create templates/jigs to position and secure components.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Interpret specifications and shop drawings to guide your work.
- Measure precisely using calipers & micrometers.
- Share practical feedback with your Manager to improve products.
- Follow all Safety and Health policies without exception.
- Take on other assigned tasks to support production flow.
Where You’ll Work
North Las Vegas facility.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED; recent grads and college students encouraged.
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
- Comfort reading a measuring tape with accuracy.
- Physical readiness: lift 50–75 lbs, continuous walking, strong hand/eye dexterity.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Curiosity to learn new skills and cross-train across trades.
