    In our time of Company growth, we seek an Eye Care Manager.

    The Eye Care Supervisor is responsible for front office operations and workflow for the site including, but not limited to scheduling, patient experience, treatment plan explanation, and coordination between specialties, time-of-service collections, and assuring policies/procedures are being followed.

    Work Location: Bradenton, FL

    REQUIREMENTS & PREFERENCES:

    • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but we will accept 5 years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
    • Certification at one of the following levels: COA, COT, COMT, CPO, CPOA, CPO is preferred
    • At least 5 years' experience in vision office management and staff scheduling required
    • At least 1 year of experience with medical optometry coding is preferred
    • Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred
    • Experience with optical inventory software preferred
    • Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency required

    The Eye Care Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical, optical, and administrative operations of the vision care at MCR Health. This role ensures efficient patient flow, high-quality optical services, staff supervision and development, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient experience. The Eye Care Office Manager works collaboratively with Optometrists and leadership to support clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and MCR Health's mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care.
