WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Bain & Company is seeking to recruit an Expert Telecoms Consultant to build upon the firm's Telecommunications capabilities in the Americas. This includes working with the Consulting Manager as well as Bain Generalist and Telecoms Expert Partners to define key analyses and deliver high-impact solutions in end-client engagements. You will be the problem-solving lead, working with clients, local Bain teams, and the Telecoms Center of Expertise to gather data, produce excellent analysis, and deliver compelling recommendations. You will also be called upon to contribute IP for on-going improvement of our telecoms solutions.

This role requires a minimum of three days per week working together in person, either at a client location or at your Bain home office. Travel is required. This position requires regional travel away from your home office/primary working location. Travel frequency and destinations will vary based on project needs.

Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain's best in class benefits package (details listed below).
Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:
In Texas and Georgia states, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $128,500-$171,500; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
Annual discretionary performance bonus
This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation
4.5% 401(k) company contribution, which increases after 3 years of service and is 100% vested upon start date
