Adamec Harley-Davidson is looking for experienced Service Technicians who possess a positive attitude, pay extreme attention to detail, and have a passion for the Harley-Davidson brand.

Essential Functions
Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to H-D factory guidelines and specifications;
Maintain communication with Service Advisor for work-in-progress, changes, delays, or additional work needed;
Assist Service Advisor with detailed documentation, communication with customers, test rides, or any other issue that will ensure customer satisfaction;
Maintain a schedule to request parts for work orders prior to work commencing;
Maintain accuracy of all service records, and follow work through to completion;
Maintain knowledge, qualifications, and certifications through H-D training programs, as needed;
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations;
Maintain a clean work area, and participate in maintaining overall shop cleanliness;
Address customer concerns and complaints quickly, confidentially, and by demonstrating our commitment to excellent customer service;
Support promotional campaigns in conjunction with the other departments;
Minimize come-backs; evaluate repeat service or repairs to ensure the work will be completed according to H-D factory guidelines and specifications, and to the customer's satisfaction;
Continually strive to improve productivity levels for repair and maintenance;
Support, promote, and get involved in the Help Sell, and Motorcycle Referral, Programs.
Job Specifications Physical and Mental Demands:
Frequently moves equipment and motorcycles weighing greater than 500 to over 950 lbs.;
Frequently operate hand-held, or other machinery and equipment.
Occasionally work more than 8-hours per day, and on the weekends;
Occasionally move or transport objects that weigh > 50 lbs.
Working Conditions:
Constantly exposed to loud noises, fumes, and other toxic chemicals;
Constantly work near moving mechanical parts.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma, or equivalent;
Completion of an authorized training program such as MMI Service School, or equivalent work experience;
Possess & maintain both basic and specialized tools to service H-D vehicles;
Maintain a valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement, and clean driving record.
