We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead Variable Operations and help drive the next phase of growth for our dealership.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee Variable Operations, including:

  • New Vehicle Sales

  • Sales Desk Operations

  • Sales process execution
  • Portfolio retention and customer life-cycle management

  • Performance metrics & accountability

  • Coaching and talent development

  • Customer experience standards

This leader will be highly visible within daily operations and responsible for driving consistent results across departments.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a leader who is:

  • Experienced in high-volume automotive sales leadership

  • Strong in inventory management, gross strategy, and turn

  • Process-driven and detail-oriented

  • A culture builder who leads by example

  • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment

  • Data-focused while remaining people-first

  • Passionate about coaching and developing teams

  • Emotionally intelligent with strong leadership presence

Luxury brand experience is preferred but not required for the right operator.
