Ricci Insurance Group is looking for proven insurance producers for both our Personal Lines and Commercial Lines teams who have already demonstrated they can prospect, build relationships, and consistently write new business.
This role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career with an agency that provides the reputation, support, and resources to help them succeed.
Your primary responsibility is generating new business by developing relationships, identifying client needs, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and earning long-term client trust. Our dedicated service team handles much of the day-to-day account servicing, allowing you to spend your time where you create the most value: meeting people, building relationships, and writing new business.
This is a self-generated sales role. We provide outstanding training, marketing support, technology, and a dedicated service team, but you are responsible for creating your own opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, professional relationship building, and consistent prospecting.
The first year requires significant prospecting. Building a strong referral network and establishing your reputation in the community takes time, consistency, and discipline. You should expect to spend a substantial portion of your time introducing yourself to new people, attending networking events, asking for referrals, following up with prospects, and developing professional relationships before those efforts begin producing a steady stream of repeat business and referrals.
Income is uncapped, but it is earned. The first year is about building your book of business, establishing referral relationships, and creating momentum. Producers who consistently invest in building relationships create a growing client portfolio that generates renewal income, referrals, and increasing earning potential year after year.
A strong performer will typically earn $80,000 to $100,000 during their second year and exceed $100,000 annually by years three and four, with top producers earning significantly more. Unlike many sales roles, you are not starting over every month or every year. You are building a book of business that becomes more valuable over time.
