Experienced Finance Manager

Bob Penkhus is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager. We are in need of a self-motivated individual with the desire to be a top earner. We only are interested in EXPERIENCED, and SEASONED F&I Managers. Our organization is known for long-term employees who grow with our company and strong pay plans. Candidates must have a proven track record in sales, the ability to drive sales, structure deals that are in compliance with lender guidelines and the dealership policies, resulting in an increase in sales.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Great attitude and outstanding work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and lead people.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• At least two (2) years automotive F&I management experience.
• Stable career with previous employers.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player with effective communication skills.
• Dealer Track, CUDL, F&I experience is a plus!
• We are a CDK Dealer, experience with this system preferred by not mandatory.
